How can I rent a space in Universul for a cultural activity?
The participatory process is not involved in current space availability and the rental agreements, these are arranged directly with „Editura Universul”. For cultural activities, you can rent the spaces for preferential rental rates, you can find all the necessary information on rates and how to submit the rental approval form for cultural activities on the website of the Ministry of Culture. If the eligibility requirements are met, the Ministry can issue a written recommendation for the preferential rate. Please find out more information here.
