Yesterday, October 21, the second Forum of the Universul participatory process took place at Onisifor Ghibu Library. We thank everyone who took part and continue to contribute to the process.
The Forum opened with updates from Marcela Nistor, State Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, who shared that the terms of reference for the technical assessment of the building (caiet de sarcini) had been drafted and will be shared with the process participants for review and consultation. No official deadline has been set yet for receiving feedback.
Ion Dodon, Director of the Public Property Agency (APP), also joined the Forum, bringing the institution directly into the conversation. The exchange brought together different perspectives and highlighted the importance of building a shared understanding of the legal and technical aspects of the process.
Finally, lawyer Anatolii Albin, in dialogue with participants, supported the conversation in better understanding the legal framework under which it is possible to govern a building like Universul.
We thank the institutions for their openness to engage directly with process participants and would also like to thank Biblioteca Ghibu for hosting this dialogue and supporting civic initiatives.
